Appointed Stephen to do an extension at the rear of our house to turn our 1970s kitchen and dining room into a modern open plan multipurpose living space, alongside an extension to the garage. This was a complex task which involved removing 3 exterior walls to be replaced with a technically challenging steel structure and 3 sets of bifold doors. From start to finish, Stephen and his team worked at pace, with efficiency, producing a high quality finish. His excellent project management, involving third party contractors, ensured that the whole project progressed seamlessly, all of which was underpinned by Stephen’s effective communication skills and impressive building knowledge. So impressed, we are now scheduling him to complete a patio and further projects in our house.

Had Stephen and his work partner insulate, plasterboard, skim and add coving to our large sitting room ceiling. They did an excellent job and were very profressional. Came over and gave us a quote beforehand and always communicated well when I had a question. Well worth the wait to get the job done. Had several quotes for same job and they quoted the same as everyone else so knew I was getting same price for it. Would highly recommend.

We used Mackie for our extension and could not be happier. He was extremely helpful in the planning stage offering us lots of useful advice which continued all the way through until completion.
Reliable, honest and excellent communication, he made the project as hassle free as renovating can be. Progress on the build was extremely efficient and mess was kept to a minimum. At the end of every day he would tidy up and leave the site in a more than acceptable manner.

We would and have recommended Mackie to family and friends and will continue to use him for any further work required in the future.
